What are differences between “A” type and “B” type Panama Chock?
There are two types of Panama chock as per ISO standard. One is type “A”, and the other is type “B”.
Type “A” represents deck-mounted chock, referring to the chock installed on deck. and usually with a seat.
Type“B” represents bulwark-mounted chock, referring to the chock installed on bulwark.
Except from type A and Type B, we also have AC, AP, BC and BP type, which are specified on JIS F2017 standard.
